If there are any customs delays and your package is held in Brazil, the time it remains held will not count toward the delivery estimate.

If the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend that you first contact your local post office to check for any updates.

If the post office confirms that they do not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue with our suppliers.

If we confirm a logistics issue with your order, we will process a full refund immediately after these verification steps.

Your tracking code will be sent to your email within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.

If your order was paid by bank slip (Boleto Bancário), please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the payment to be processed and confirmed by the bank.
